Organic Moisturizer: Let’s try with some home naturals!

Let’s make it simple! Ever tried an organic moisturizer covering up sun dried or winter dried skin of yours? Organic moisturizer is the perfect natural way to help dry, damaged skin to heal and rejuvenate faster free from allergic reactions that can be used by market based products containing chemicals.

Organic Moisturizer Let's try with some home naturals!-02Whipped body butter as organic moisturizer

A simply whisked body butter made with natural, nourishing ingredients is super moisturizing without making the skin greasy and draw further dirt in it. Perhaps the most rewarding fact is that every bits and pieces of what you are putting on your skin is absolutely within knowledge.

To make the whipped body butter, you will need following ingredients:

  • ¼ cup shea butter
  • ¼ cup cocoa butter
  • Less than ¼ cup of coconut oil
  • Less than ¼ cup of almond oil
  • 10-15 drops of essential oils (Orange Oil/lavender oil)

Set aside the essential oils and mix the other elements in a large bowl. Gently melt and stir over medium low heat until the mixture becomes liquid. Stir when needed.

Caste out the pot from heat and allow the mixture to settle down; if you have shortage of time, just let the vapor go up and enter the pot into the freezer. Otherwise room temperature is sufficient to settle down the melted mixture. It is, however, important to set up the body butter otherwise it cannot be whipped.

Check out the mixture to set up partially and then add essential oils in it. Now whip with a hand mixer until the body butter is fluffy, foamy and tender.

Store in air tight jar for using; the whipped body butter can easily be stored in room temperature unless the weather is too hot (heat could melt down the homemade organic moisturizer, in that case whip more to regain the former texture before using).
