Vitamin E face mask for skin tightening:
- All you need are –
- 3 Vitamin E capsule
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon yogurt.
Open vitamin E capsules to mix the powder with honey, lemon juice and yogurt. Stir well and apply with a brush evenly in and around face and also below chin level, especially in wrinkle prone areas like corners of the eyes and mouth.
Keep the facemask for 10 to 15 minutes and wash out with lukewarm water.
Coconut oil mask for skin tightening:
- ½ table spoon coconut oil
- 1 Egg white
- ½ table spoon of lemon juice
Separate the white and yolk of the egg in a bowl. Whisk the egg white finely until it become forthy. Mix lemon juice and coconut oil with the egg white.
Wash your face with cleanser before applying the mask. Massage the mask in circular motion all over the face. Reapply over the already formed wrinkles.
Let the mask to act in skin for fifteen minutes. This mask also reduce pimples and blemishes along with wrinkles.
Certain food substances also lead to skin tightening preventing wrinkles and sagging. Here is the list of food that works as home remedies:
Dark colored fruits and vegetables like papaya, avacodo, pineapple, water melon, cucumber, ginger, garlic, nuts like almonds and walnuts, eggs, liver, salty fishes like Tuna, salmon, flax seeds and sunflower seeds.
Brown rice, oats and soy foods.
Avoiding too much exposure of sun, stress are also essential to prevent skin sagging.
And it is valuable not to forget to apply moisturizer in the skin after every wash and before going to bed. If you have oily skin you should use oil free moisturizers.
