Hydrating Face Mask: Japanese Way Of Skin Rejuvenation

  • Take ¼ of an avocado.
  • One teaspoonful lemon juice.
  • ¼ teaspoon olive oil.
  • ½ teaspoon honey.

Smash the avocado first with a fork and then soften out totally with finger pressing. Add above mentioned amount of lemon juice, olive oil and honey; beat/mix until all the ingredients turn out to a thick pasty mask.

As this is a hydrating face mask which would draw out impurities and provide moisture deep into the skin, opening up of skin pores is necessary before applying this mask.

Wash your face cleanly; take a towel and soak in warm water. Squeeze out extra water from the towel and press over the skin face for two/three minutes. It will open the pores.

Now use a brush to apply the avocado hydrating face mask. Relax for 20 minutes or if you have time in hand, leave the mask for thirty minutes before washing out.


It is better to rinse the mask with lukewarm water. Apply moisturizer after.

Routinely use this mask twice a month or in every fifteen days to boost the skin tone; the mask will exfoliate deeper into the skin removing dead cells, olive oil and honey do the trick of deep moisturizing.
